Replacement & Refund Policy

From the moment you enter our site and make a decision to purchase our products, we aim to provide the most seamless experience for you.

At Plain Canvas Collective, we stand by the quality of our products - 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Every product purchased from us will go through stringent quality checks prior to shipment. However, there will be occasions where products can get damaged during shipment. 

Should such an unfortunate event occur, Plain Canvas Collective will be happy to replace the product or provide a refund. 

PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

Should the product(s) you received be defective or damaged, please inform us within 5 days of receiving your products. For the avoidance of doubt, damaged product(s) does not include:

  • Small/minor discolouration on seed paper (due to natural seeds)
  • Acts (accidental or otherwise) resulting from your negligence or misuse

The product(s) must be deemed reasonably unfit for its intended purpose in order for such replacement to take place.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

*Refunds do not include (1) customised products, and (2) any return shipping cost incurred by Purchaser.
